Trip to Pangkor Laut Resort

So sorry peeps.. I was too busy last week. Baru today free skit..

Ok, let me update you about my trip. We went for 3D/2N holiday to Pangkor Laut Resort. Everyone was so excited since kami dah lama tak pergi holiday in 1 big family. I think the last trip was in 2006 when we went to Singapore... Boy didn't follow us this time since he just started working with a new company. Rugi but what to do?? We've planned this since early this year so... nak tak nak, we had to go without him.

Mak, Abah and Along came to KL on Thursday night and kami gerak ke Lumut at 9.30am. We planned to stop at R&R Tapah but ada roadblock and we missed the junction. Masing-2 dah lapar dah time tu... We finally stopped at Batu Gajah and had nasi campur. Sedap nasi campur dia. They even served fruits - durian and manggis (I don't eat durian) so.. we had to draw a limit la kan?? Sapa yang makan durian, kena naik satu kereta. Luckily Along, Gja, Ean and me tak makan so, we naik another car..

We all ngam-ngam sampai Lumut at 1.20pm. Boat scheduled at 2pm. I went and register inside their office and the rest tunggu kat luar. They served us with a cold drinks and hot towel.. best! Hmm.. so far, the service is good..

Time ni dah selesai register dah...

Once everyone dah register and the bag dah tagged and transferred to boat, they ushered us to the ferry..

The journey from Lumut to Pangkor Laut Island will take approximately 45minutes. Dalam boat tu, mostly foreigner. Masing2 dah excited but Gja and me quite scared coz both of us mabuk laut..

They ushered us to the lobby and gave us welcome drink and hot towel again.. I'm enjoying this totally. We waited for them to prepare our room key.. While waiting, they have their staff to brief us about Pangkor Laut Resort. Where to eat, where's the spa village, the beach.. complete la..

We were ushered again to our villas by their staff. I booked 3 villas for this trip & all of us will be staying at Garden Villa - a 2 storey building with 4 units of villa. At first, we supposed to stay at Hill Villa but memandangkan keadaan my dad yang tak berapa kuat, they gave us option to choose the Garden Villa which we did.. senang nak jalan.. tak penat panjat. The sea villa is more expensive. I think per night is at RM1400.

Check-out the bathroom.. i'm in love! They have a private area like a courtyard on bothside of the tub!

On our way to the swimming pool. Time is limited so sampai je, tukarkan Ean baju and terus kluar. My parents and sis all kat bilik lagi..

They even gave us a beach bag to use during our stay there.. Bagus....

Ean paling happy k? This is the kid pool. Kami lepas kan je dia mandi sendiri.. Siap tertelan berliter2 air. haha. Nangis kejap, then main balik..

Ha, time ni after berkali2, jatuh, bapak dia sarungkan pelampung but still.. dia tak nak orang pegang, so, ter-rendam lagik.. hehe

I wish I can stay at that sea villa.. Takpe.. next year anniversary.. :)

Burung enggang plak.. They still preserved the natural habitats. That's why banyak binatang kat sini...

After pool, kami nak ke beach plak. So we waited for the shuttle bus to go to Emerald Bay. Beach area... Gja, Along and Adik followed us this time..

Time ni dah petang sangat. Almost 6pm. Just main kat kaki air je. Ean takut air laut tu...

Main pasir lagi. Takpe Ean.. tomorrow kita main pasir lagi k? We need to get ready for dinner tonight..

Dinner at Feast Village. The concept is the same like Starhill. They even have Fisherman Cove here.. A source told me that Keira Knightly (Pirates of The Carribean) was there dining at the private area, but I didn't see her...

We came back from dinner and straight to our room, we noticed that they've changed our towel, make our bed, put the water next to side table, prepare the scented candle and even onkan ubat nyamuk under the bedside table.. Their service is superb! Two thumbs up!!!

Day 2 trip..tunggu.....

Family Vacation

The last time we went for a vacation was during hari raya last year. We (just my small family) went with Amy and her family to Damai Laut Resort. We had fun and promised to go for a vacation again this year. This raya, insyaallah we'll be going to Penang pulak on our third hari raya.

I've been planning for my whole family trip since early this year. We just want to go for a short break, locally of course. I have many friends working in the travel industry and been comparing one hotel to another hotel and still can't decide where to go. This time around, I have to consider so many things especially my father conditions (he kan kena mild stroke), he cant really walk lama-2, cant get too pressured so I have to look for a beach resort. On the other hand, I've been missing Bali so so much and to compensate my rindu on Bali, I have to look for a nice villa resort with best price possible.

We are going for our short family vacation this week. My parents are coming this Thursday night and we'll push from here at 9 the latest. Where are we going??? Ha..., l et me give you some clue. This resort won an award - Number One In The World by Conde Nast Traveller, UK 2003. Dapat tak carik?

Hehe... I'll update next week ya. This 2 days I need to settlekan office work la.

Ean Shoes

Do you know that the last I bought shoes for Ean was last year. Itupun pasal Hari Raya la of course. He has 3 shoes. Glamer raya budak tu. Early this year we bought him his crocs sandal and we thought that it could last him at least until year end but... no no no.. all his shoes dah ketat and including his crocs sandal, all need to be replaced asap.

Before this, I saw my friends son, Afiq wore high-cut shoes from Converse and last week, I saw baby Hariz wore his Converse shoes from Hanis's blog - so cute on him, but Hanis told me that that shoes was not bought in here ;( so we try our luck by going to their outlet in KLCC. I never knew that they carry size for toddler. Ada rupanya.. We bought one for him. Very old skool ok. Cute bila tengok dia pakai... But I am quite surprise with the price. Never tot that the price is almost same range with Adidas, Osh Kosh or Nike. It cost us around 85+. Haih!

Yesterday, we went to Pavillion with another mummy to be. We fetch Azizah from KLCC and headed straight to Pavillion. As a mother yang kesian tengok anak ada 1 kasut je, I bought him another shoes from Adidas.. That cost me another RM140. I feel bad. Our shoes punya membuak-buak keluar almari, balcony.. anak ada 1 kasut je yang muat.. kesian Ean...

Next, I need to buy him another sandal. Dah bosan ngan crocs - maybe Clarks or Osh Kosh (but Osh Kosh in Jakarta is sooo cheap - so I'll buy OKosh there la). Well, let see what daddy has to say. Clarks will definetely set be back another RM120+... Mahal betul barang budak2 sekarang. Aku dulu pakai bubble gummers je ok???

Jakarta Again??

I didn't blog about my trip to Jakarta and Bandung last month. If you're in my facebook, you can look at the pictures that i've uploaded. During that trip, I went with Eza, my other director cum best friend and of course... it's on the company expenses. Wohoooo.. ala-ala company trip la. Yelah kan.. penat aku melayan perangai client yang very demanding especially si SUE sampai gaduh2 la.. hehe. Arini, Acheng's fiancee who lives in Jakarta became our tourguide. We really had fun and our days was always full with activity with shopping as our main priority. I bought baju for Ean - for raya of course.. (70% of my money goes to this), lacesss, telekung and sejadah.. Cantik giler sejadah dia, siap ngan bag okkk,,, boleh buat hantaran kawin (ada sesapa dah nak kawin??) and of course baju for the rest of the family. I've also decided that I will not spend for raya anymore. Baju raya for everyone dah cukup.

But... today my another bestest fren, Nasir called and wanted to see me. So we met at Social Bangsar and he handed to me this...

I've known Nasir or Acheng for a very2 long time. He was one of my ex best friend and secara tak langsung, he became my best friend too. Both of us confide in each other whenever we need a friends to talk too. He was supposed to be my hubby's pengapit on our wedding day but his father past away 3 days before ourwedding. I really feel sad not because he can't be our pengapit but because he can't witness our wedding. A friend that I really adore, a friendship that I treasure the most and a happiness that I really want him to have. I am definitely going.

My beloved darling is not going (as for today coz he's still waiting for a minister to confirm on the event launch date) but as a supportive husband, he will pay for my hotel in Jakarta and also my pocket money alhamdulillah... Shopping somemore??? Ean will be staying with his nenek atuk mak long in Melaka or KL (depending on mak abah where they want).

Ticket has been booked, hotel & transportation settled and now i just need to save and not to enter any mall until my Jakarta trip next month.. Tak percaya??? Aku pun tak percaya. Hahaha... and also, I need to be on diet coz nak kena nampak kuruslah skit kan masa attend wedding nanti. Mana tau ada Ari Wibowo / Rado plak kat situ ke... hahaha.
